1. Agreement
By creating an account, operating a workspace, making a purchase, or otherwise using MabarQueue, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use MabarQueue only with that permission.
2. What MabarQueue provides
MabarQueue provides creator pages, game-package checkout, payment records, queue-management tools, public queue views, and stream overlays. A queue position or game credit is an entitlement to participate according to the creator's published offer; it is not a guarantee of matchmaking quality, game availability, stream uptime, or a particular result.
MabarQueue is an independent service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, streaming platform, Google, Vercel, or CHIP unless expressly stated.
3. Creator accounts and responsibilities
Creators must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for configuring packages, queue entries, public handles, and stream overlays accurately.
Creators are responsible for delivering the sessions or benefits they offer to viewers, communicating stream rules and timing, and handling player conduct. You must not offer unlawful, misleading, infringing, or impossible-to-deliver packages.
4. Prices, payments, credits, and refunds
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Before checkout, viewers are shown the creator's package price and any MabarQueue service fee. Payments are processed on CHIP's hosted checkout. MabarQueue does not receive a viewer's full card or online-banking credentials.
Game credits are added only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. A pending, failed, cancelled, expired, reversed, test-mode, or unverifiable transaction does not create an entitlement. Duplicate callbacks do not create duplicate credits.
If you were charged but did not receive the stated credits, or believe a payment was duplicated or unauthorized, contact us promptly with the payment reference. Refund eligibility depends on payment status, whether credits or services have been used, the creator's fulfilment, provider rules, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through an available payment method and may take time to appear.
We may correct ledger or queue records when a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or recorded incorrectly. Creator earnings shown in the dashboard are internal records and are subject to reconciliation before any payout.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use MabarQueue to:
- commit fraud, launder money, manipulate payments, or create false queue credits;
- harass others or publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, webhooks, or payment checks;
- upload malicious code, scrape the service unreasonably, or disrupt other users;
- misrepresent an affiliation with MabarQueue or another person or business.
6. Third-party services
MabarQueue depends on services including Firebase, Vercel, and CHIP. Your use of their pages or integrations may also be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to restore our service or reconcile affected records.
7. Service changes, warranties, and liability
We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features, including integrations and payment capabilities. We aim to provide a dependable service, but MabarQueue is provided on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost audiences, or loss caused by third-party systems. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MabarQueue at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, non-payment, serious or repeated breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or protection of users and the service.
Termination does not remove obligations or records that must survive, including outstanding payment disputes, creator entitlements, audit records, and provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, and governing law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms as MabarQueue changes. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice where a change materially affects existing users. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.
